MARK WITKIEWICZ NAMED VICE PRESIDENT
OF SILVERMAN DEVELOPMENT COMPANY

Mark Witkiewicz has been named Vice President of Silverman Development Company. The announcement was made today by Gilbert “Buzz” Silverman, Chairman and CEO of Silverman Companies.

Witkiewicz previously served as Manager for Silverman Development Company for the past five years.  In his new role, Witkiewicz will oversee the company’s day-to-day operations and manage all new incoming development opportunities. He will lead the firm’s development team through the design, entitlement and development process of all Silverman’s residential, multi-family residential and commercial real estate projects.

Mr. Witkiewicz has more than 15 years of real estate development, engineering, construction and manufacturing operations experience. He began his career in 1994 as a Senior Project Manager with F.H. Paschen, a general contractor out of Chicago. In 1998, he joined General Motors as a manufacturing engineer and held a variety of managing and engineering positions.

Witkiewicz holds a Masters of Science degree in Manufacturing Operations from Kettering University and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from Michigan Technological University. He resides in Macomb Township with his wife, Monica, and two daughters.
