As Vice President of Development of SILVERMAN
DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, Dennis Patrick McGill oversees
the company’s New York office and leads the research
process for all of SILVERMAN’S real estate team.

Prior to joining SILVERMAN DEVELOPMENT COMPANY,
Mr. McGill worked for Credit Suisse as an Equity Research Associate Analyst. He was an integral member of the
Housing Sector research team covering homebuilding,
building products and residential furniture companies.
Mr. McGill was responsible for fundamental analysis and
financial modeling for more than 22 stocks.

He has won numerous awards throughout his career.
His Housing Sector research team was ranked #1 by Institutional Investor and Greenwich Associates for three
years of tenure and was also recognized as “Best Earnings Estimators” on Wall Street by StarMine in 2003 and 2004.

Mr. McGill holds a Masters of Accounting degree from
The University of Michigan’s Business School and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in economics, also from
the University of Michigan. He resides in New York City.
