Fred Erb

Fred Erb is one of the founders of Amurcon Corporation and serves as its Chairman of the Board. Mr. Erb attended Cornell University and graduated from the University of Michigan in 1947 with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration. He has served as a member of numerous Boards of Directors of Southeastern Michigan Corporations, most recently Michigan National Bank and is a member of the Board of Governors of the Cranbrook Institute of Science.
 
He is currently the Owner and Chief Executive Officer of Edgemere Enterprises, Inc., an investment management company.
 
Mr. Erb operated the Erb Lumber Company, Michigan's largest lumber chain, from 1947 until its sale in 1994.
